With over 30 years of recruiting experience, Jane was a nationally-ranked, award winning recruiter within MRI before founding Northstar Recruiting in 2000. Since 2001 her focus has been Physical and Logical Access Control, starting initially with Biometrics and Identity Management in 2001 then expanding to full PACS and LACS within a few years, now expanding into Mobility as technology advances. She has been called the industry’s “Den Mother” and it’s her ability to listen and match candidates to job requirements, while taking into consideration the many factors that go into making a candidate selection or a job change decision, that is her strongest talent, and she works with clients to identify and recruit entry-level to C-level professionals across all disciplines.
During the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, Jane wrote Surviving the Job Search, a complete end-to-end guide on how to write a resume, find job opportunities, navigate the interview process, and negotiate job offers.
