About this Event

The Ontario Special Constables Association (OSCA) represents special constables in public transit, university campuses, community housing, and within various police services. Special Constables play a vital role in keeping Ontario safe by preserving peace and keeping their respective communities safe.

During this webinar, OSCA President Sarah Kennedy, will be talking to us about what these Special Constables do, how they go about doing their jobs, the challenges they face, why the OSCA was created, and how to take the role into the future.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University, majoring in criminology and minoring in sociology. She also earned a diploma from Algonquin College and Police Foundations.
