ASIS Pacific 190 – Enhancing Work-Life Harmony with Charmaine Hammond

November 30 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm PST

We have all heard about the idea of work-life balance. Typically we think of a scale, and imagine putting more weight on the ‘personal’ side to balance the scale. But the reality of our modern-day work lives and structure – and now the impacts of COVID-19 on remote work being the ‘new normal’ – is, for many, making this construct of balance an impossibility. Instead, we should be thinking about how to create harmony between our work and personal lives – where the two are integrated. In this session, attendees will gain useful skills and strategies for cultivating increased harmony, or integration, between their work and personal lives, with the aim of enhancing overall psychological well-being.
